        No, there is no minimal stay during the Golden Visa.

        Only for the community of Andalucia, the Autonomic Government approved a temporary reduction on transfer Tax to the general rate of 7% on all resales acquisitions, for the period 28/04/2021 to 31/12/2021. And for new properties or new developments on the same basis as the above, acto jurídico documentado (Stamp Duty) has been reduced from 1.5% to 1.2% for the same period.
